2002 Voter Fraud

By:  Sandra Price

I started writing about voter fraud when I lived in California and saw how many more Latino votes were counted in comparison to the number of citizens in the many various precincts.  I met with several Country Registrars and discovered that the Motor Voter Registrations being submitted were higher than the naturalized  American citizen numbers.  Hmmmmm!

I was told at that time that the Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) had no up-to-date lists of new citizens!  How could any county group know if a new application for voting was valid?  They could not!

According to the law (Constitution) all persons born or naturalized in the United States are considered citizens.  To vote they must have registered to do so and be eighteen years old.  That‘s it for voting requirements as far as the Federal Government goes.  Each State has its own rules and regulations and after receiving the voter registration request each Registrar should be able to process this and place the potential voter on the lists.  Once this is done, Voter Information Brochures on ballot issues and candidates are sent along with the voting locations.

To start with, each Registrar must have accurate information including proof of identification and citizenship and a search should be done at this time to check whether are they citizens and are they still living!  Many states do not allow felons or people in prison to vote.  INS must make new citizens information available and kept up to date at all times.  How else can the List makers and ballot mailers know who is eligible?

I understand that the House and Senate felt that new citizens information was to be kept confidential to protect their civil rights!  What utter nonsense!

The only way these illegals who vote are discovered is when they get called to jury duty and they return their cards marked “Not a Citizen.”  If the County Registrar is busy these names are not removed from the List of Eligible Voters.  With 13 million illegals now living in America, even a small portion of these people could, and have, swayed the voter numbers in many states.

Help is on the way!!  American Conservative Union  has set up a “Voter Fraud Line” and web site to report any attempt to illegally load the ballot boxes on Election Day.

“We’re asking concerned citizens to call (703) 836-8602 or email us (ACU) at voterfraud@conservative.org to report any observed instances of voter fraud, illegal get-out-the-vote activities, or election officials not properly checking voter identifications.”

Now if we could get the federal government (house and senate) to insist that the INS have their data accurate and available we might have a chance at honest and accurate elections again.

“The ACU’s nationwide voter fraud project will help ensure that violators are punished to the full extent of the law!”

Keep that phone number on hand and don’t be shy about reporting violations to the email address:  voterfraud@conservative.org

Counting the votes accurately is the sole responsibility of the individual States and we have seen that this is often done with a terrible efficiency standard.  I would think the Governors of each state be totally responsible for an accurate count and easy-to-use ballot machines.
